However, they are not indestructible. We will find the right fit for your lifestyle and stand behind it.

2 / Replacement Options if Piece is Lost

All sales are final once the chain is cut, and we don't offer replacements for lost pieces. If your piece is lost whin 30 days, we will offer 50% off for the replacement of the same item or equivalent.

3 / Reweld Policy

We will reweld any Chained Up chain free of charge!

4 / We cannot replace lost items after 30 days.

We do not offer replacement for normal wear & tear such as bent or broken chains.
