At Chained Up we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. However, they are not indestructible. We will find the right fit for your lifestyle and stand behind it.
We highly recommend not wearing your jewelry in the hot springs or exposing them to chemicals.
All sales are final once the chain is cut, and we don't offer replacements for lost pieces. If your piece is lost whin 30 days, we will offer 50% off for the replacement of the same item or equivalent.
We do not offer replacement for normal wear & tear such as bent or broken chains.
We will reweld any Chained Up chain free of charge!
Permanent jewelry is not indestructible. Treat is as fine jewelry.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, pools, and hot tubs as it can discolor your jewelry.
To clean your jewelry, wash with soap and soft brush. Dry thoroughly and polish with a jewelry polish cloth.
Simply cut at the weld site (round jump-ring) and we will replace for no fee.
Gold filled and sterling silver can tarnish due to individual body pH levels and if exposed to certain chemicals. We advise not to wear permanent pieces in the hot springs.
