  • Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit bracelet, anklet, or necklace designed without a traditional clasp. Instead, the ends are gently welded together, creating a seamless piece made to be worn every day.

  • At Chained Up we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. However, they are not indestructible. We will find the right fit for your lifestyle and stand behind it.

    We highly recommend not wearing your jewelry in the hot springs or exposing them to chemicals.

  • We offer 14k gold-filled, rose gold-filled, sterling silver, and solid white and yellow gold.

  • All sales are final once the chain is cut, and we don't offer replacements for lost pieces. If your piece is lost whin 30 days, we will offer 50% off for the replacement of the same item or equivalent.

    We do not offer replacement for normal wear & tear such as bent or broken chains.

  • Children must be 3 years of age with parent consent.
